They were so kind, helpful, and communicative throughout the whole process. My car had been hit and run overnight while it was parked and they helped me deal with my insurance company, rental car, and everything else. They kept me up to date on the status and delayed parts and made it simple and easy. Huge shout out to the whole team. Yall are awesome 🩷

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE ! Dear SVP Team, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received recently. Your team arrived just an hour after I called to assess my vehicle, and I was impressed with how efficiently you managed the entire process. The prompt pickup of my vehicle, the advance ordering of parts, and the timely repair, painting, and return of my vehicle within four days were remarkable. It is rare to encounter such dedication and professionalism. I will be sure to recommend SVP to others, as my experience exceeded my expectations. Joe

Outstanding work from everyone. From the owner German to the his staff. Sabina and Kevin were amazing. This was my first time going to fix anything regarding a car. And it was top tier. They have won a customer.

I recently had an exceptionally positive experience at a local car shop that completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand—something I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a car shop that combines expertise, integrity, and excellent customer service so seamlessly. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive care.

The best body shop for me. Once I met them, I knew that I was not going to use any other anymore. One of the best things for me is their customer service: the girl at the counter is very nice, very accessible by any means of communication, and most importantly: they deal with your insurance to the extent you allowed them to, which for me is worth millions. The car looks like new after the repairs and I have never had to come back to correct any problem. I've always been very satisfied. Highly recommended. No doubt
